Actress-comedienne Eugene Domingo recently shared a heartfelt tribute to veteran actress Hilda Koronel following their collaboration in the film Sisa.

In an Instagram post, Eugene expressed deep admiration for the seasoned actress and thanked her for the experience of working together on the project. Alongside photos of the two of them, Eugene wrote a touching message that highlighted her respect for Hilda’s talent and legacy in the entertainment industry.
“Maraming salamat sa iyong kabuuan. Isa kang artistang hindi matatawaran,” Eugene wrote in the caption.

“Mahusay, masipag, magaling, mapagmalasakit, matapang, baliw,” she wrote.
According to Eugene, the word “baliw” was meant as a compliment, referring to Hilda’s intense dedication and commitment to her craft, particularly as they worked on a project centered on the iconic character Sisa. She also expressed gratitude to the veteran actress for returning to the industry to take part in what she described as a meaningful film.
“Salamat at ikaw ay nagbalik upang gumawa na naman ng isang importanteng pelikula,” she expressed.
Eugene added that she had long admired Hilda as a fan, but that her respect for the veteran actress grew even more after witnessing her performance up close.
