Melvin “Lassy” Marquez gave fans a glimpse of his current love life after introducing his suitor, Ken, in a special Valentine’s Day vlog episode.

The segment appeared on the vlog of fellow Beks Battalion member Chad Kinis, where the Kapamilya host served as a special guest. During the episode, Lassy made what many called a “hard launch” of the man courting him, just days before Valentine’s Day.

Right away, Chad asked Ken if he could truly love Lassy. The suitor confidently responded that he would not be there if he were not serious. He then admitted that while he is already “100 percent” sure about his feelings, he is still waiting for the comedian’s official answer.

According to Ken, he is ready and committed. However, Lassy clarified that he has not yet made things official. The television host explained that he prefers to take things slowly this time.

Despite this, there seems to be no pressure coming from Ken. The admirer assured everyone that he is willing to wait for as long as it takes. He even said that his love is real and that he is ready to do everything for Lassy.

Lassy, on the other hand, expressed appreciation for Ken’s patience and kindness. The host thanked him for always making him happy and for helping him during difficult moments. In a light and playful tone, he even jokingly addressed him as “Asawa,” which made their conversation more endearing.
