KD Estrada has addressed questions surrounding his partnership with Alexa Ilacad, assuring fans that their love team remains intact. The actor spoke candidly about their current setup, saying that while they may not always see each other, communication has never been an issue.

In an interview reported by Philstar, the young star shared that he and Alexa recently worked together abroad. According to him, they were part of a production staged in Vancouver, proving that their professional partnership is still very much active.

“We’re still a love team. We did a prod in Vancouver,” the actor said during the interview.

The Kapamilya star also explained why fans rarely see them together these days. Both he and Alexa are currently juggling multiple projects, leaving them with little free time to meet in person.

“We chat lang every day. Super busy lang kami,” he shared. He then listed their respective commitments, noting that he is busy with the series Bagets, while Alexa is occupied with Your Face Sounds Familiar and her hosting duties on Pinoy Big Brother.

Because of their packed schedules, the two have had difficulty spending time together. Still, the celebrity emphasized that they make an effort to stay connected. He revealed that they constantly message each other and remain updated about one another’s lives.

“Wala talaga kaming time to see each other, but we really communicate, we text each other every day,” he added.

When asked to define the real score between him and Alexa, the actor chose to keep that part of his life private. Rather than giving a direct answer, he made it clear that he does not feel pressured to explain or label their relationship for the public.

“I don’t think I owe anyone that answer naman,” he said.

KD was also asked whether he prefers staying in a love team or taking on solo projects. In response, he shared a practical and open-minded view about his work in the entertainment industry.

“Why not do both?” the actor said, adding that he is comfortable exploring different opportunities as long as he continues to grow professionally.

He stressed that regardless of the setup, he remains committed to his craft. “Work is work. I’m professional either way,” he explained.
