Andrea Brillantes appears to have started 2026 on a happy and celebratory note after spending New Year’s Eve with her rumored boyfriend, Pankie Capistrano, at a countdown event in Taguig City.

The actress and the young internet personality were seen together at the NYE at the 5th celebration in Bonifacio Global City, where thousands gathered to welcome the new year.

Capistrano shared a photo on his Instagram Story on January 1, showing him posing closely with Brillantes while watching SB19 perform onstage.

In another image, the two were seen dancing alongside friends as the crowd enjoyed the festivities. He simply captioned the post with, “Happy New Year!!”

Speculation about their relationship has been circulating for months, as Brillantes and Capistrano were previously spotted spending time together on several occasions.

These included a Christmas gathering with Capistrano’s family, which further fueled talk that the actress may already be close to his inner circle.

Online buzz grew even more after Brillantes appeared to earn the approval of Capistrano’s mother, with the two joining a viral “Chanel” dance challenge on TikTok.

Capistrano, 21, hails from Lucban, Quezon, and is known online as a content creator.

He also plays basketball in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League, having suited up for teams such as the Enderun Titans and the San Juan Knights. Reports note that his family owns several businesses in their hometown.

Brillantes, who was previously linked to Ricci Rivero and Seth Fedelin, had a packed and successful 2025.

Her achievements included becoming the face of a major liquor brand’s 2026 calendar, signing with MQuest Ventures, making history as the first Filipina ambassador of Guess, and showcasing her comedic talent in the MMFF film “Rekonek.”
