The response followed growing speculation on social media after Eman, 21, signed an exclusive contract with Sparkle GMA Artist Center.

Eman recently gave interviews explaining his decision to use his mother Joanna Rose’s surname, despite maintaining a good relationship with his father.

While his remarks were largely personal, some fan pages interpreted them negatively and suggested that he grew up without adequate support from Manny and Jinkee.

These claims prompted Malou Masangkay, Jinkee Pacquiao’s longtime personal assistant, to speak publicly on Facebook.

Drawing from years of firsthand experience, she firmly denied the accusations.

“Ako talaga isa ako na maka witness kasi PA ako ni madam for how many years. Kung tulong ang pag uusapan, sobra-sobra ang tulong ni sir Manny at Madam Jinkee Kay Emman. Pinag-shopping ni sir Manny kasama ng kapatid ni Eman, halos sila nag shopping, damit [at] sapatos,” Masangkay said.

She further explained that Manny and Jinkee consistently supported Eman and granted his requests, but chose not to publicize their assistance online.

According to Masangkay, the couple never sought recognition for their help and preferred to keep family matters private.

“Kahit kailan di pinabayaan ni sir Manny ang anak niyan [si] Eman. Sana naman po wag po kayo mang husga or husgahan man sila. Alam ko na napakabait ng mag asawa. Kung sa iba nga tumulong sila di naman siguro kailangan pa na ipa social media. Kung ano man ang naitulong nila sir Manny at Madam Jinkee kay emman,” she said.

Masangkay also shared a message directed at Eman, emphasizing the bond between father and son.

“Ikaw [naman] sana Eman, alam mo sa sarili mo kung gaano ka kamahal ng daddy mo! Mahal na mahal ka ng daddy mo, alam mo yan!” she added.

Her statement has since fueled discussions online about privacy, blended families, and the dangers of drawing conclusions based solely on public interviews.

Manny Pacquiao, the only eight-division world champion in boxing history, remains widely regarded as one of the sport’s greatest icons. He is married to Jinkee Pacquiao, whom he has often credited as his constant support and life partner. Together, they have five children: Jimuel, Michael Stephen, Princess, Queenie, and Israel.

In an earlier report by KAMI, Jinkee shared photos from a family dinner in Los Angeles attended by Manny and their son Jimuel. The gathering reportedly involved meeting the family of Jimuel’s rumored girlfriend, which quickly caught the attention of netizens and sparked speculation about the nature of the visit. Online chatter intensified after Jinkee had previously posted a photo showing Jimuel holding hands with the same young woman. The family get-together took place around the same period as Manny Pacquiao’s bout against Mario Barrios, a match that ended in a draw.

Another scene involving the Pacquiaos also went viral on social media. Manny and Jinkee, along with their children, were seen lining up at a fast-food restaurant just like regular customers. Despite their immense fame and wealth, the family patiently waited their turn instead of seeking special treatment. After ordering, they sat in the middle of the restaurant to eat their meal. The video, shared on Facebook by Michael Reiano Murillo, drew praise from viewers who applauded the Pacquiao family’s humility, noting that their billionaire status has not changed their down-to-earth ways.
