The 'It’s Showtime' family just gave an early Christmas gift.

Today, December 4, the hosts broke the news that they would give P1 million to the contestants of “Laro Laro Pick.”

The players are families who lost their homes because of the recent typhoons in Negros Occidental and Cebu.

One by one, the other hosts got emotional too. Many wiped their eyes.

They hugged the contestants and told them they are not alone. They listened to the stories of flooded houses, lost belongings, and sleepless nights.

Before the segment ended, Vice gave a gentle reminder. He said, “Bumoto kayo ng tama.”

The P1 million will be divided among the players. For them, it is not just money. It is hope. It is a sign that people still care.

They all cried happy tears. They kept saying thank you to the Kapamilya stars.

Laro Laro Pick is a popular game on the said afternoon show. The name comes from "laro laro" and "bato bato pick." That means rock-paper-scissors in Filipino.

The game is simple and exciting. Up to 24 players join each episode. They include regular people and sometimes the hosts.

Players go through four rounds. In each round, half are eliminated. They play games like guessing or quick challenges. The last one standing wins the big prize.
