Pauleen Luna-Sotto took to Instagram Stories to share the cutest sibling moment between her daughter Tali and her stepson, Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto.

The photo shows little Tali, dressed in her school uniform, reaching up with the biggest smile to take a photo of her kuya Vico.

Minutes earlier, Vico had just finished delivering an inspiring talk to students on the topic “Integrity-Based Credibility in Public Service and Governance.”
