Angel Locsin couldn't hold back her emotions when her husband Neil Arce shared an adorable clip of their son Joaquin Arce shining on Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0.

The actress, known for her roles in hits like 'Mulawin' and The 'General's Daughter', left the sweetest comments under Neil's Instagram post, melting hearts across social media.

To drive the lesson home, housemates must haul stacks of heavy books individually based on the number of their violations.

Each group had to pick one person at a time to "end" the violation by finishing their load first.

Tensions ran high as everyone groaned under the weight.

When it was time to choose who finishes first, Lee Victor, a fellow housemate, noticed Joaquin’s struggle and immediately pushed for him to go.

Lee insisted Joaquin should be relieved first because of the weight he was handling.

But Joaquin refused. He shook his head and said the girls should finish first. He stepped back, letting the female housemates take their turns. His gesture was clear, he wanted to protect them, even if it meant enduring longer.

Lee didn’t back down. Out of concern, he ignored Joaquin’s request and made sure the teen finished his load first.

In the end, Joaquin was the one relieved early, despite his efforts to wait.

Neil, proud of his son’s character, posted the video with a simple caption praising Joaquin for growing into a gentleman and looking out for others.

"Proud to see my son grow up a gentleman! Good job looking out for the girls. Keep it up," he wrote.

Angel Locsin noticeably couldn’t stay silent.

She reacted to Neil's post and commented: "Ako na lang magbubuhat, Joaquin! I volunteer!" followed by a string of heart emojis.

Her words showed deep love and a heartfelt wish to shield him from hardship.

Joaquin, now a rising Star Magic talent, entered PBB as part of the celebrity collab season that started October 25, 2025.
