Pauleen, who is a mother of two, revealed that after giving birth to her second child, she struggled to shed the last bits of stubborn fat, particularly around her arms.
She noted that her efforts were complicated by brēastfeeding, which, contrary to popular belief, made her feel "really big."
"It's life-changing because I really needed that push after giving birth to my second child. I really needed that push to come back, come back to myself," Pauleen shared.

Despite being consistent with her diet and workouts, she faced frustrating roadblocks. "I'm masipag naman to workout but it's really my arms that are so stubborn," she admitted.
