Senator Raffy Tulfo remains one of the wealthiest members of the 20th Congress after declaring a joint net worth of ₱1.052 billion with his wife, ACT-CIS Rep. Jocelyn Tulfo, in their 2024 Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN).

The SALN, dated December 31, 2024 shows that the couple owns a diverse portfolio of commercial, agricultural, and residential properties valued at ₱376.8 million, all purchased between 020 and 2023.
Notably, the Tulfos declared o liabilities, underscoring their strong financial standing.
Based on records, Senator Tulfo’s wealth has remained relatively consistent over the past three years: ₱1.137 billion in 2022, ₱1.274 billion in 2023, and ₱1.052 billion in 2024.

Despite slight fluctuations, his net worth continues to place him among the top tier of the Senate’s most affluent lawmakers.
In his latest declaration, Tulfo listed ownership of 18 cars, including several bulletproof vehicle, along with three motorcycles.
His personal assets also include ₱243 million worth of clothes, accessories, jewelry, and watches.
The senator further disclosed his involvement in various enterprises such as RW Productions Inc., Idol Network Philippines Inc., and Raffy Tulfo in Action Foundation Inc.
Tulfo’s SALN also identified several relatives in government service, including his wife Jocelyn, son Quezon City 2nd District Rep. Ralph Tulfo, nephew Luna, Isabela Mayor Adrian Tio, and brother Sen. Erwin Tulfo, who was listed as a congressman in the 2024 document.
The disclosure comes just months before the 2025 elections, highlighting Tulfo’s sustained wealth and expansive public service connections.
Raffy Tulfo is a well-known broadcast journalist, radio personality, and senator in the Philippines, best recognized for his program Wanted sa Radyo. In this show, he helps ordinary citizens who experience abuse, deception, or unfair treatment from individuals or institutions. In 2022, his influence expanded even further when he was elected as one of the country’s senators. In the Senate, he continues to uphold his advocacy for the welfare of ordinary Filipinos.
In a previous report by KAMI, Senator Raffy Tulfo’s brother, Erwin Tulfo, drew public attention for expressing support for a proposed law banning political dynasties. He stated that he was willing to resign if the measure were to be enacted. He also said that he would encourage his relatives to leave politics should the bill become law. Erwin currently ranks fourth in the senatorial race, according to the Comelec count.
Meanwhile, last January, Senator Raffy Tulfo admitted that his son, Quezon City Rep. Ralph Wendel Tulfo, was caught using the EDSA Busway without authorization. The senator confronted his son about the incident and praised him for admitting his mistake and apologizing publicly. Senator Tulfo explained that accepting responsibility is essential, especially for those serving in public office.
