The actor, whose public life has often involved discussions of past relationships, agreed that life naturally involves people entering and exiting one's journey, and some connections are temporary by design.

"Of course, oo naman. There's times sa mga buhay natin na we should reconnect with and may mga hindi. May mga tao na kasama lang sa journey natin na parang passerby lang, they come into your lives and they may be family, or friends, business partners, but as long as ine-enjoy mo yung time mo with that person, or group of people, or with that project."

He emphasized that while some relationships are meant to last, others serve a distinct, time-bound purpose. He described the end of some relationships as a necessary step in one's development:

"But there's also times na you have to grow away and grow into better people and then maybe somewhere in time [you reconnect]."

At one point, he then revealed that the theme of reconnection is at the very heart of his current project, hinting that his personal reflections are tied to the film's narrative. He praised the question, stating:

"Ang ganda nung tanong mo kasi yan yung premise nung pelikula, it's reconnecting with people pag nawala na yung connection."
