Kapuso actress Carla Abellana has broken her silence on circulating rumors that she is reportedly preparing to tie the knot again.

In a report by Athena Imperial on 24 Oras Weekend, Carla was asked about speculations surrounding her love life.
The actress, however, chose to stay private about the matter. “Kung totoo man po ‘yun o hindi, of course that's part of my private life, I would like to keep it private. I invoke my right to self-incrimination. So I refuse to say yes, I refuse to say no,” she said.
Carla also admitted that while she once had no plans of getting married again, her perspective has shifted as she continues to heal.

“That's coming from a person who's very wounded and broken. Of course I'm a different person today than I was before or yesterday,” she explained.
After going through a long healing process following her separation from ex-husband Tom Rodriguez, Carla shared that she is now open to dating again. Still, she prefers to keep things low-key and authentic.
“Ayoko na po ng showbiz. Kung feel ko pong exclusive, exclusive po. Pero ‘pag hindi po, gusto kong mag-enjoy, okay lang, depende kung sino pong ka-jive ko. Basta maayos na tao, wala pong tinatago,” she said.
Carla married actor Tom Rodriguez in October 2021. Their marriage ended in divorce less than a year later, finalized in June 2022.
Despite her past heartbreak, the actress now embraces a more open and peaceful approach to love and life.
