Actor Jak Roberto looked back on his past relationship with Barbie Forteza and shared the valuable lessons he gained from their seven years together.

In an interview on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” Jak reflected on how his former relationship shaped him both personally and professionally.
“For me, Tito, every relationship, may learnings ‘yan eh. Kumbaga, na-mold ako bilang lalaki sa relasyon naming [ni Barbie]. Kasi parang ‘yun ‘yung time na nag-jump ako doon sa mga kinakatakutan kong gawin, which is business, magpatayo ng bahay,” he said.
He admitted that Barbie became one of his biggest inspirations, motivating him to take on responsibilities he once feared. Despite their breakup, Jak expressed gratitude for their time together.

“Malaking parte siya ng pitong taon na ‘yon… hindi naman biro ‘yung seven years. And masaya ako kung ano man ‘yung nangyari sa amin dahil sa bawat relasyon naman, mapatagal man or maikli, lagi kang may matututunan,” he shared.
The actor also revealed that he and Barbie briefly talked during GMA’s 75th anniversary celebration.
“Gumaan ‘yung pakiramdam ko na meron na akong lakas ng loob para makipag-usap sa kaniya. Parang gano’n, naging closure siya for me,” he said.
Jak also mentioned a conversation with Jameson Blake, who is reportedly close to Barbie.
“Mabait naman si Barbie. As in, alagaan mo lang,” he advised.
Jak concluded by saying he wishes nothing but happiness for Barbie, acknowledging that they have both moved forward in life.
Barbie Forteza, on the other hand is a Kapuso actress, host, and YouTuber who rose to prominence after portraying Young Jodi in GMA Network's 2009 adaptation of Stairway to Heaven. She later headlined several successful prime-time series including The Half Sisters, Meant to Be, Maria Clara at Ibarra, and Pulang Araw. Dubbed the 'Kapuso Primetime Princess,' she has won numerous local awards, including FAMAS and Gawad Urian, which has solidified her role in the industry.

He explained that he was simply assisting Barbie through a crowd while fans were taking pictures with her. Jameson said the gesture was just “crowd control” and meant to ensure her safety. The clarification follows Barbie’s breakup with Jak Roberto, which she described as smooth and healthy.
Recently, Barbie Forteza, a beloved Kapuso actress, is once again under the spotlight after a candid video of her and Jameson Blake surfaced on social media, instantly catching the attention of her fans. The clip, originally posted by Instagram user @the_oscarbrad, shows Barbie's genuine and warm reaction upon spotting Jameson in a parking lot — presumably during the premiere night of P77. In the viral video, Barbie can be seen running excitedly toward Jameson before embracing him in a heartfelt hug.
