The actress did not hold back in criticizing Hernandez, saying that if he had even the slightest sense of shame, he would have stepped down immediately. "Cause if you had any shame in your bones, you wouldn't be where you are today. You would've quit your job, thinking that people's lives could be at risk. And you would've informed people of what was happening," Bela wrote.
Instead, she lamented, Hernandez chose a life of luxury at the expense of the public. "But no, you went to casinos and spent our money, and slept well at night in your boujie homes. Disgusting behavior," she continued, pointing out how ordinary Filipinos bear the burden of such corruption.

Halfway, Bela said she hopes Hernandez will be haunted by the people whose lives were affected by these actions. "The fact that you can say that these projects are substandard so callously should already warrant your rotting in jail. May you never sleep well again, Mr. Hernandez. May the faces of the people you've inconvenienced and harmed haunt you forever," she wrote in her post.
Known not only for her acting and filmmaking but also for her candid social media presence, Bela has consistently used her voice to call out injustices and advocate accountability. Her latest post reflects the growing frustration among Filipinos over corruption scandals that plague the country.
