On Friday, August 29, Nasser, the head coach at Kami no Ken, shared a clip on Instagram where he explained that what helps a woman thrive isn't material possessions or constant romance. "What a woman needs to flourish? Not diamonds, not expensive gifts, not constant romance, not Salsa dances, it’s safety. It’s emotional security," he stated.
In the caption of his post, Nasser elaborated on this topic further, emphasizing the importance of emotional safety for women. "Because the nervous system does not lie. When it is trapped in survival, she cannot create — only endure," he wrote.

Ellen's comment on the post quickly drew attention online, as she expanded on the topic and connected it to health and their overall well-being. "Emotional safety is essential. Without it, the nervous system stays in fight or flight mode. Because the spine is the main channel of the nervous system, where all the nerves run through — issues like a slip disc can intensify stress signals. And chronic stress, if left unchecked, leads to illness according to my spine doc," she explained online.
Nasser later replied to Ellen’s statement, agreeing with it, "Because all nerves run directly through the spine and it hits where the body is the weakest."
Ellen's thoughtful reaction added a deeper perspective to Nasser's deep message, with many netizens praising her for shedding light on the link between emotional security and health.
