In a candid interview with Manila Bulletin Lifestyle, award-winning actress Judy Ann Santos opened up about the lessons she wishes she knew when she was starting out at 18, the career regrets that shaped her, and her advice for the next generation.

Looking back, Santos shared that while she once wished she had known certain truths earlier, she has come to value even the heartaches.
“If there was a heartbreak, I went through the process of feeling it, but I limited it to a day. The next day, it was gone because I’d change my number and move on,” she said.
