Now 28, Makisig continues to perform for the Filipino community and says he’s happy and content with life abroad. He shared that being with his wife is the most important thing to him.

Makisig opened up about how marriage changed him and why he doesn’t regret marrying at 22. He said their relationship grew stronger with faith in God. Over time, he also learned to be more giving, even in simple things like sharing food with his wife.

Living in Sydney with his family nearby gives him comfort and support, especially during emergencies. Even though they don’t always see each other, they still make time to bond.

Makisig also shared valuable life lessons from his parents: to stay humble, respect others, eat together as a family when possible, and always pray.

According to the report of EJ Gomez in 'Unang Balita,' the 38-year-old suspect committed the crime inside the school's faculty room. Police authorities said the school has a security guard, but, being a familiar face in the school, the suspect managed to easily get in and out of the school. The suspect said he was there to talk to his wife and settle their misunderstanding, but unfortunately, it led to a big arguement.
