Gretchen Ho visited the ABS-CBN Broadcasting Center to personally bid farewell to the building and its Millennium Transmitter.

It is worth noting that the building and its iconic tower are set to be demolished following the sale of a portion of the media giant’s property in Quezon City to Ayala Land Inc.

On social media, Ho shared a carousel of heartwarming photos from her visit. She had the opportunity to take snaps with several Kapamilya broadcast journalists and staff members.

In the caption, Ho penned a heartfelt and emotional caption about the media giant.

“Dito nagsimula. Maraming salamat sa lahat,” she began, honoring ABS-CBN where her career started.

“Muling bumisita bago baklasin ang unang tahanan,” she wrote, accompanied by a crying face emoji.

“Will always bring the Kapamilya spirit wherever I go,” the Kapatid broadcaster emotionally added.

ABS-CBN is one of the leading media companies in the Philippines. Its 25-year franchise expired on May 4, 2020 and the Committee on Legislative Franchises of the House of Representatives officially rejected on July 10 its bid to secure another franchise.

Gretchen Ho is a television host and former volleyball player in the Philippines. She played volleyball for the Ateneo Lady Eagles from 2008 to 2013. Her popularity rose when she became a co-host on Umagang Kay Ganda, TV Patrol, and The Score.
