It can be recalled that the veteran showbiz columnist and talent manager died on Thursday, July 3 at the age of 78 after her long battle with kidney disease. Her wake is currently being held at Aeternitas Chapels and Columbarium in Commonwealth, Quezon City.

Yasmien has taken to social media to share a video taken at Solis’ wake.

In the clip, the actress and several celebrities like former senator Bong Revilla, Cavite representative Lani Mercado-Revilla, Lorna Tolentino, Paolo Contis, Benji Paras, Tirso Cruz III, Amy Austria, Christopher de Leon, and Sandy Andolong, among others, could be seen posing before Manay Lolit’s coffin.

Along with the video, Yasmien penned a caption about her heartwarming moment with her fellow celebs during the wake.

“Iyakan, kulitan, tawanan… yan ang ganap kagabi sa pagbisita ko kay Nay Lolit,” she recalled.

“Habang nagjo-joke si Kuya Pao, parang naririnig ko ang boses ni Nanay sa likod, na nagre-react sa mga kalokohan niya,” Yasmien continued.

“We love you, Nay,” the Kapuso star affectionately added.

Lolit Solis was a well-known personality in the Philippine showbiz industry. Born on May 20, 1947, in Sampaloc, Manila, she started her career as an entertainment news writer and later became a talent manager and host of television talk shows. She passed away on July 3, 2025 at the age of 78 after her long battle with kidney disease.

In a previous report by KAMI, former Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. is among those grieving the death of Lolit Solis. He took to social media to post an emotional farewell message to his longtime talent manager along with photos of them. The actor-politician expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Solis, whom her treated as his second mother. Revilla also honored the late talent manager and showbiz columnist’s contributions to the local entertainment industry.

In another report about Solis' demise, Sandy Andolong shared on Instagram Stories some photos captured when she and her husband, Christopher de Leon, visited Solis’ wake, which is being held at Aeternitas Chapels and Columbarium in Commonwealth, Quezon City. Aside from the couple, Pauleen Luna, Lorna Tolentino, Cavite representative Lani Mercado-Revilla, Benji Paras, Tonton Gutierrez, and Glydel Mercado, have also visited the wake. ABS-CBN Chief Operating Officer for Broadcast Cory Vidanes was likewise spotted paying her respects to the late talent manager and entertainment reporter. Furthermore, “Cristy Ferminute” co-host Romel Chika shared a video from the wake and a carousel of photos of himself with Solis’ talents.
