Janno Gibbs previously left a comment on Gene Padilla’s post where the latter broke his silence on the current issue about his brother, Dennis Padilla.

On Wednesday, April 9, Gene shared what he claimed to be the real reason why Dennis was heartbroken during the wedding of Claudia Barretto with Basti Lorenzo, which took place on Tuesday, April 8 in St. James the Great Parish in Muntinlupa.
Gene took to social media to post photos of himself with Dennis and their mother inside the church captured moments before the wedding ceremony began.
"Ngayon lang po ako magsasalita... by 1 PM nasa church na po ako... galing Bulacan going to Alabang... si mama po namin 5 AM gumising na excited same kay Kuya Dennis Padilla para sa kasal ng anak niya... ngayon lang ako naka-witness ng kasal na di part ng program ang ama ng bride... sa aga namin dun... na nandun mga event organizer wala man lang nagsabi na di siya part ng program..." Gene recalled.

Gene then claimed that Dennis was not even part of the entourage.
"Di kasama sa entourage na maglalakad sa gitna papuntang harapan ng altar... nagtanong kami kung san uupo ang nanay namin, ang sabi kahit saan dun at yung ama dun na lang DAW tumabi sa mga ninong... kaya kami ni Kuya Dennis pumunta na lamang sa likuran..." the comedian said.
Gene said they eventually decided to quietly stay in the back and that upon seeing the sadness in his brother's eyes, he suggested they just take a photo with the newlyweds and go home after.
"Napaluha at napaiyak si Kuya sa mga nangyari… kaya sabi ko umuwi na tayo after ng simbahan at pa-picture na lang sa kinasal. Naawa din ako sa nanay ko kasi naiyak na rin... Naramdaman ko yung sakit na naramdaman ng kapatid at nanay ko dahil ama rin ako…"
"Puro kayo karangyaan at kasikatan… sa inyo na lahat yan… sanay kami sa hirap at di talaga kami nababagay sa inyo," Gene wrote before adding, "Dennis Dominguez Padilla… di pala father of the BRIDE! Guest of the BRIDE!"
In the comments section, it could be noticed that Janno sent three crying face emojis.
However, the singer-comedian’s comment received “enabler” comments. He then could not help but frankly reply to the unsolicited remarks and clarified he was just expressing his sympathy towards his friend.
"Mga put@ngin@nyo. Wala nmn ako sinabing sang ayon ako. Malungkot ang kaibigan ko, nakikisimpatya lang ako. Emoji lang, enabler na? Hindi ko siya pinagtatanggol, mga ul*l. Dinadamayan ko lang sa kalungkutan. Mga t@nga," Janno wrote in his new comment.
