Jericho Rosales recently took to social media to pay an earnest tribute to Pilita Corrales, the grandmother of his girlfriend, Janine Gutierrez.

On his Instagram page on Saturday, Echo expressed his sincere sympathy to the family of Pilita, the most adored singer of his mom.
“🤍🤍🤍 and big hugs to the family of a legend and most beloved singer of my mother. Her songs went beyond memory.”
Likewise, the actor aired how much he felt honored to have met the late veteran singer-actress.

It is worth noting that on Saturday, April 12, Janine announced the unfortunate news about her beloved grandmother.
“It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved mami and mamita, Pilita Corrales.”
“Pilita touched the lives of many, not only with her songs but also with her kindness and generosity. She will be remembered for her contributions to the entertainment industry, but most of all for her love of life and family.”
The Kapamilya actress likewise asked the public to “join us with your prayers and kind thoughts as we celebrate her beautiful life.”
Janine, however, did not mention the cause of death of the well-loved Asia’s Queen of Songs.

He married Kim Jones in Boracay on May 1, 2014, but they have already separated. The actor also used to date Heart Evangelista and Kristine Hermosa.
Jericho Rosales, a former matinee idol, showed his support for Kim Jones online. Recently, Jericho watched his ex-wife's latest project with Paco Raterta called, Noises. Following this news, Jericho gave a quick review on it, revealing that he teared up. Eventually, Kim reposted Jericho's review and even reacted to it on social media.
Jericho Rosales could not help but leave a comment on Melai Cantiveros’ birthday photos. It is worth noting that the latter posed for a calendar girl-themed birthday shoot with photographer Miguel Alomajan. The ‘Magandang Buhay’ host’s humorous birthday post immediately garnered tons of comments on the photo-sharing app. Her long-term crush, Jericho, is among those who wrote a comment on the funny photos. Jericho greeted Melai and remarked, “Ang init ng summer!” This prompted Melai to pen a reply, where she also mentioned Janine Gutierrez.
