Kylie Padilla, a well-known Kapuso actress, recently took to Instagram to share her personal struggles with panic attacks, revealing that she has been experiencing them more frequently.

In a heartfelt post on Saturday, March 29, Kylie posted a black-and-white photo of ocean waves crashing onto the shore, and included a small heart sticker in the middle of the beach photo.

Accompanying the black-and-white image, she wrote: "More frequent panic attacks again lately. But my therapist told me to book a massage to calm my body down and get good sufficient sleep."

The Kapuso actress went on to share that she followed her therapist's advice and immediately booked a session with Beyond Massage PH, a home service massage provider in the country.

She then revealed that the massage session she had significantly helped her, saying, "True enough, I was fast asleep in 10 minutes. I think it's underestimated the power of a good massage. Thankful that Beyond Massage always accommodates me, you guys should try."

However, this is not the first time Kylie has spoken about mental health and self-care online.

Over the years, she has been open about her personal struggles, using her platform to encourage others to prioritize their well-being, as well as their mental health, being praised by netizens.

In 2021, Kylie made headlines when she took to social media to share a meaningful message about motherhood and how one's mental health may affect their role as a mother to their children.
