Carla Abellana confirmed heartbreaking news in a post on Sunday, March 16.
On her Instagram page, the Kapuso actress shared an art card giving tribute to Razon. It shows the latter’s photo and the words “Celebrating the life of Lucy May G. Reyes ‘Delia Razon’.”
According to the post, the veteran actress died on Saturday, March 15, 2025. She was 94 years old.

It is worth noting, however, that Abellana didn't disclose any details about her maternal grandmother’s cause of death.
