Some also expressed their frustration over what the man experienced and wondered where the other traffic enforcers were in the area.

In the viral video, which has now earned over 250,000 views, the man was spotted waiting for the motorcycles to start moving forward.

Eventually, Bela reposted the video onto her Instagram story and said that it was not funny at all.

"We make light of things, as a nation usually, but this isn't funny. Where does this man go to ask for help? Because he shouldn't tolerate this," the Kapamilya actress wrote in her now-viral post.

This is not the first time Bela has been very vocal about certain things and problems in life.

On Instagram, Bela once talked about her PCOS and hypothyroidism and how it is challenging.

In December of 2024, Bela took to X to talk about why airports in the Philippines are usually chaotic unlike other airports out there.
