"For days, I’ve been picking at a scab. It keeps drying up, healing, and every night before falling asleep, I pick at it until it bleeds. I pat it dry with some tissue and fall asleep because there’s no more scab left to pick. It’s fresh all over again," the celebrity mom began in her viral post.
According to Saab, the body remembers 'anniversaries of trauma' before she recalled her story.

"The body remembers anniversaries of trauma. My body remembers this day seven years ago. I was at my doctor’s clinic with twins in my womb. Around this time, the nurses were struggling to find your heartbeat. The doctor had to ring a bell against my belly because “the other one seems sleepy. Tomorrow marks seven years since I was told your heart had stopped beating," she wrote.
In her post, Saab expressed her love for Luna, thanking the latter for keeping her brothers safe.
"Tomorrow, it will be seven years since I held you in my arms for the first and last time. I never talked about it—not because I want to forget you. I never will. I love you, my girl. Thank you for keeping your brothers safe. I love you, Luna," the celebrity mom had written on Instagram.
By the end of her now-viral online post, Saab told netizens that 'grief exists because love is real.'
"Grief exists because love is real. Healing begins when we allow ourselves to feel the pain, not avoid it. It may never fully go away, but in time, the waves come less often and with more space in between. My angel wanted me to share this with you," Saab wrote, tugging at netizens' hearts.
