On his Instagram page, the “Buwan” and “Ere” hitmaker affectionately congratulated Dia. The singer-songwriter likewise lauded her growth.

The prominent musician then expressed his pride in the stunning beauty queen.
“You’ve carried our flag with such grace and elegance, and we are all so proud to have you represent our country on the international stage, inspiring the younger generation and being the voice for all the causes you stand up for. This is just the beginning!”

On Monday, February 10 (Manila time), Dia bagged the second Reina Hispanoamericana crown for the Philippines during the pageant’s coronation night in Bolivia.
She was crowned by the 2024 titleholder, Peru’s Maricielo Gamarra, after besting over 20 contestants from countries with Hispanic influence.
It can be recalled that in 2017, Kapuso actress-beauty queen Teresita Ssen Marquez, also known as Winwyn Marquez, won the first Reina Hispanoamericana crown for the country.
Juan Karlos Labajo, also known as JK Labajo, is a singer-composer and the frontman of a band that carries his own name, Juan Karlos. He rose to fame after becoming one of the top contenders in the popular talent competition "The Voice Kids Philippines" in 2014. He placed third in the said contest, just right behind Darren Espanto and Lyca Gairanod. After The Voice, JK appeared in various shows and flicks on TV. Aside from his acting career, JK is also known as the voice and creator of the songs 'Buwan' and 'Ere.'
Last year, JK, in an interview, recalled the time he reached out to his biological German dad. Previously, JK was invited by Ogie Diaz for a much-needed one-on-one interview. There, JK recalled how he got the number of his biological dad, contacting him on WhatsApp. However, what his father did afterward stunned the famous actor-singer afterward.
