Mimiyuuuh, in a recent post on her YouTube channel, flexed the dream beach property she bought.

According to Mimiyuuuh, the property is located in Zambales.
For the social media influencer, buying the beach property is a special milestone, one that helped her inner child.
“'Di ba nabanggit ko naman po sa inyo na I really dreamed of having a house by the beach ganyan. I guess parang it's about time na mag-invest ako on something big, bigger than me you know I'm saying,” Mimiyuuuh said in her YT video.

She also expressed her gratitude to her fans and followers for helping her achieve her childhood dream.
“Thank you, thank you po again to everyone na talagang sumuporta po sa akin. Ever since. Thank you guys. Kung wala kayo, wala rin po itong ating lote na ito,” the socmed influencer said.
The influencer then reflected on the importance and significance of pursuing one’s dreams.
“To be honest, I didn't expect my life to be this amazing. ‘A! Kaya ko pala ito, kaya ko pala iyan.’ I think it starts from believing that you deserve the best in life. Work lang ng work and grind lang ng grind. We can achieve anything that we want as long as we put the work into it,” she said.
Near the end of her post, Mimiyuuuh once more expressed pride in being able to achieve her childhood fantasies.
“Parang ang goal talaga ng life is for you to achieve your childhood fantasies. So I feel like sobrang saya ng inner child ko. Seeing the things na meron kami, sa mga bagay na achieve namin together. I'm proud of myself,” Mimiyuuuh said.
Jeremy Sancebuche, better known as Mimiyuuuh or Mimi, is a Filipino vlogger, model, comedian, and YouTube content creator. He was born on born November 11, 1996. Mimiyuuuh gained popularity after posting a video of himself participating in a viral video challenge of the song "Dalagang Pilipina" by ALLMO$T. His video went viral and motivated the creation of own versions of many local celebrities.
In December of last year, Mimiyuuuh flexed on Instagram one of her milestones, which is an ad on MRT. According to Mimi, it's not only about the billboard but also about people passing through EDSA seeing her face on it everyday. the social media influencer also shared that the first step in achieving something is believing one deserves to have the best things in life. She also previously checked off some of the dreams she had like buying a house, car, and travelling to Europe.
Meanwhile in a more recent post, Mimiyuuuh amused actress Kim Chiu after the former tagged the latter in one of her viral posts. On Instagram, Mimiyuuuh greeted everyone on Lunar New Year and sang 'Peng You'. 'Peng You' was a song that Kim once sang back in 2019, which was posted on YouTube. Needless to say, Kim was stunned after hearing Mimiyuuuh do a cover of her song.
