“Charaught,” the word written on top of the cake reads, which is a variant of the tagalog word “charot,” which means just kidding or just joking.
Heart also wrote a caption alongside her post, which included the hashtag #Chapter40.
“Two weeks till #Chapter40 @chef_castillo_fuentes 🎂,” Heart said in her caption.
