Alex Gonzaga, a Filipina actress and vlogger, just made netizens emotional as she paid tribute to her sister, Toni, on the latter's birthday.

On Monday, January 20, Alex took to her Instagram to dedicate a heartfelt message to Toni, thanking her for being the best big sister.

In her post, Alex revealed that even though Toni now has two kids, the latter would always still think and check up on her a couple times.

"Happy birthday, ate. Thank you for being the best big sister. Kahit dalawa na anak mo, lagi mo pa rin ako iniisip at inaalagaan. Kapag super malungkot na talaga, ikaw una magbibigay sakin ng hope. Witnessing your strength and resilience firsthand will always inspire me," Alex wrote.

According to Alex, last year, she and Toni 'unlocked a new level of sisterhood' that made her grateful knowing they have each other's back.

"Last year, we unlocked a new level of sisterhood and I’m so grateful that we truly have each other’s backs. At masaya ako alam mo na paano ako pasayahin, nagse-send ka video ni Polly at kapag sobra na ang pinagdadaanan ay nagkekwento ka na lang ng chismis dahil sabi mo, 'Para sumaya ka, may kwento na lang ako sayo,'" Alex recalled in her heartfelt online post on Insta.

By the end of her post, Alex expressed her love for Toni and the family she built with Paul Soriano.

"Kaya talagang masasabing I love you sis and the family you built. I will always root and pray for your joy and happiness!" the actress-vlogger told her sister in her viral and sweet post online.
