Ogie Alcasid’s Facebook page and profile account has reportedly been hacked.

The information was relayed by Star Music through an advisory it published on its own Instagram page.

The music outfit also warned that any post shared on Ogie’s Facebook page or profile at this time are not associated with the singer-songwriter and are unauthorized by him or his representatives.

“We'd like to inform everyone that Ogie Alcasid's officail Facebook page and personal account have been hacked. Any posts at this time are unauthorized and not associated with him,” Star Music, in an advisory published on their socmed page, said.

Aside from informing everyone that Ogie’s page and profile have been hacked, Star Music did not give more details on what transpired.

Star Music said, however, that they’re all working to have the issue resolved and in the meantime, to continue supporting Ogie though his other socmed pages.

“While the issue is being resolved, we encourage you to continue supporting Ogie through his official accounts on X, Instagram, and TikTok. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!” Star Music said in its advisory.

Ogie Alcasid is a singer and composer in the Philippines. He is married to Regine Velasquez. a famous singer and host in the Philippines who is dubbed the Asia’s Songbird because of her outstanding vocal range. They have a son, Nate. The couple is considered one of the most respected power couples in the Philippine showbiz.

Almost a month ago, Ogie shared a heartfelt anniversary greeting for his wife, Regine Velasquez. In his message, he lovingly greeted her a happy 14th anniversary. The singer-songwriter also called Regine his strength and weakness. Near the end of his post, he also thanked his wife “for all the pampering” at a well-known resort.

Previously, he also reposted a tribute made by @opmsingers for the late Aegis vocalist, Mercy Sunot. In his repost, one can see a black and white photo of the Aegis vocalist showing her with a wide smile and eyes that are full of life. In the caption, @opmsingers thanked Mercy for sharing her talent to the world and for inspiring many. It can be recalled that the Aegis vocalist died only a few days after her lung operation.
