Pokwang recently reposted on her Instagram account the photo and details of her house that she’s been trying to sell.

The summer house, located in Mariveles in Bataan and which she endearingly calls “La Casa Malia,” has a price tag of PhP 25 million, though the TV host-comedienne says the price is still negotiable.

She also gave an indication that she’s in a hurry to sell the property and would prefer to deal with a direct buyer.

In her post, Pokwang enumerated the features of the house and its location, which the TV host-comedienne believe would benefit whoever buys it.

Some of the features of the house include its having a minimalist modern design, a great view surrounding the 3-storey corner property, and ease of access to the beach.

Marietta Subong, or Pokwang, is among the most well-loved comediennes in the industry. Her frank and motherly ways are always "patok" among Filipinos. She used to be with ABS-CBN but moved to GMA during the pandemic. Some of her popular movies are Call Center, A Mother’s Story, and Edsa Woolworth. She has two daughters, Mae and Malia. Her split with Lee O'Brian has caused a buzz on social media.

In another recent post on social media, Pokwang said she realized why someone she didn’t name won’t return her YouTube channel. She said she recently looked into the particular YouTube channel and saw that it was still “up and running.” The TV host comedienne then discovered something about the channel that surprised her. Pokie then said that she’s now studying on how to take down the said channel.

Recently in an interview, Pokwang revealed that her ex-partner, Lee O’Brian, is not giving child support for their daughter, Malia. She also said she doesn’t hide anything from her kids and at the right time, she would explain the truth to Malia. She also disclosed that O’Brian doesn’t know how to apologize, and allegedly did not show any remorse after he was deported. It can be recalled that Pokwang won in her deportation case against O’Brian way back in December of 2023, which resulted in the American being deported last April of 2024.
