Despite this, Piolo said that it’s alright as he enjoys his life being solo anyway.

On a more serious note, Piolo said he’s not looking to be in a relationship at this time and is not thinking of anyone.
“Sinabi sa akin ni Pastor Julius, the more you stay single, the more you’re gonna enjoy it, the more you’re not going to look for it,” the actor further said.
“For 13 years, single ako. Love life ko talaga 'yung trabaho ko e,” he added.
When asked if he shuns full-on commitment, Piolo gave an indication he’s not closing his doors but for now, his lovelife is the furthest thing from his mind as he’s busy with his career.
“Not for now. I mean, you know, I’m at a point in my life… busy pa ako sa career ko. Totoo kasi, you know, I love being single. I don’t see the point of being with someone, especially now, because I’m so busy with work,” Piolo said.
“I’m always with friends. I’m always with my family. And it’s not something that, you know, I look for because nasanay na, e,” he added.
When asked what qualities he’s looking for in a girl, the actor enumerated them immediately.
“Christian muna. Dapat Kristiyano ka. Family-oriented. Tapos siyempre dapat mabait, hindi 'yung full of herself, hindi rin 'yung me, myself and I,” Piolo said during the interview.
Piolo Pascual is a Pinoy actor who appeared on TV shows like Gimik and Mara Clara during the early 90s. He rose to prominence after being paired with Judy Ann Santos, with their love team becoming the talk of the town during the early 2000s. They did four multi-awarded movies during that time — Till There Was You, Kahit Isang Saglit, Don't Give Up on Us, and Bakit Di Totohanin.
In May of last year, his hilarious video where he said he was supposed to thank many more people for his big win as the 2024 FAMAS Best Actor, but was unable to do so because he’s got too many drinks, went viral. The video, which was recently posted on social media has already gained some 117.7K views with almost 2K reacts. In the video, one can see Piolo holding the FAMAS Best Actor trophy in his hands and was heard saying about his desire to thank more people if not for the many drinks he had. He was also heard repeating the same statement twice, and may have realized it but just giggled about it.
It can be recalled that Piolo emerged as the winner of the Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences (FAMAS) Best Actor award during the organization’s awards night held at Manila Hotel’s Fiesta Pavilion. He won the award for his portrayal of the character of Juan Severino Mallari in the movie “Mallari,” which is a horror/drama film that is based on a true story. Papa P then climbed up the stage and proceeded to express his gratitude to the award-giving body, as well as his co-actors in the film. This is Piolo’s second FAMAS Best Actor award, the first being was for his portrayal of the character of “Lino” in the 2004 movie Milan.
