According to the actress, there was allegedly a time when she and a drunk Jak were already on their way to the elevator, when he started to become touchy.

"Papunta kami ng elevator, may mga ibang fan din an nakakita na may ginagawa si Jak sa akin, yung parang hug lang ng kaibigan like behind kasi lasing talaga siya..."
"Pumunta na kami sa taas, tuloy-tuloy pa rin ang inuman. Dun na siya nagiging touchy touchy. Sinabi ko sa mga kapatid at driver ko na alalayan na lang si Jak kasi pag lasing ako, ayoko ng lalapit-lapit sa akin kasi naaalibadbaran ako."
