Julia Montes, in a recent post on Instagram, expressed her gratitude to Ice Seguerra and her partner, Liza Diño, for their support in her new movie.

Based on the post of Julia, the couple apparently went to watch the new movie of the actress by way of supporting her and her co-stars.

The movie, “Topakk,” which has the international title “Triggered,” also stars Arjo Atayde, Sid Lucero, and many more.

Based on its synopsis, the movie’s story centers on a security guard, portrayed by Arjo, who was dismissed from his previous job as a special forces operative because he was found to have a Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD.

The ailment is common to soldiers who have been through a lot of intense combat.

In the movie’s story, said security guard tries to save a woman, portrayed by Julia Montes, who was being hunted by corrupt authorities under the pay of a drug cartel.

Julia Montes is a Filipino actress best known for portraying the role of Clara Del Valle in the remake of the ABS-CBN TV series Mara Clara. In May 2023, Julia and Coco Martin finally admitted they are indeed a couple after years of avoiding the topic.

Recently, Julia penned a sweet reply to Sharon Cuneta's heartfelt message to her. On Instagram, Sharon shared a photo of her and Julia with a quote about family. In the caption, the Megastar reiterated her love for Julia, whom she treats as her "anak." On IG Stories, Julia reposted Sharon's message and also expressed her love for the veteran actress.

Meanwhile, Julia and Arjo were recently interviewed for their film Topakk. The actress explained how they worked in the filming and how good were her co-actors, particularly, Arjo Atayde. Julia also said that Coco was also very proud of what she accomplished in the movie. In ABS-CBN's report, Julia got into an accident in one scene where a nail actually punctured her knee.
