Archie Alemania has filed his counter-affidavit to the “acts of lasciviousness” filed against him by singer-actress Rita Daniela.

In a report by GMA’s 24 Oras, the actor, who was accompanied by his lawyer at the time, went to the Bacoor Hall of Justice to file his counter-affidavit.

In his counter, Archie denied the claims made by Rita in the complaint-affidavit she filed.

It can be recalled that Rita filed a complaint against Archie for “acts of lasciviousness” after the actor allegedly made some indecent advances towards her.

According to Rita, the incident occurred after a Thanksgiving party last September. She said the actor touched and kissed her without her consent.

Rita Daniela, born Rita Daniela De Guzman Iringan, is a Filipina singer, actress, and television host. She started her career after being the first grand champion of QTV’s PopStar Kids and became more popular after portraying Aubrey Palomares in My Special Tatay. Last June, Rita announced through Instagram that she was expecting a baby. She gave birth to the baby last December 22. She is now a thrilled mom to her little one.
