Heart Evangelista, in an episode of Heart's World, opened up about her miscarriage.

She narrated how she was doing fashion week when it happened and people thought that she was okay, when in fact, she has a baby.

"Nabaliw-baliw ako ng konti. I was doing fashion week and people thought that I was having a good...I did New York, I did Paris pa nga and akala nila okay pa ako, pero may dinadala po akong bata. Pero I really didn't wanna be pregnant after that, because parang inisip ko parang, mabait naman ako, bakit ganun? Gusto ko lang na meron akong makakakuwentuhan pag matanda ako, yung mashi-share ko lang yung mga good experiences ko, yung mga hardships ko, yung mga lessons ko, di masasayang yung hey will learn from my hardships as well."

Heart Evangelista is a Filipina actress, singer, endorser, philanthropist, socialite, and the former first lady of Sorsogon province. She was born on February 14, 1985, to a Chinese-Filipino father, restaurant mogul Reynaldo Evangelista Ongpauco, and Bicolana Maria Cecilia del Gallego Payawal.

In fact, Heart said she was one of the people who cheered for Pia back in the day. Likewise, Heart said a ceasefire must be put amid her being pitted against Pia.
