Chito Miranda has stirred social media buzz after releasing the alleged letter from a company addressed to his wife, Neri Naig-Miranda.

In the letter, the company extended their apologies to Neri, who got dragged in the company's "inability to distribute shares" to investors.

"Dear Ms. Neri, I want to begin by expressing my sincere apology on the current issues that Dermacare is going through right now to which you are not supposedly to be part of," the letter began, as seen in Chito's Instagram gallery.

The letter then continued with the writer admitting that the company has an issue regarding distributing shares to their many investors.

"As you are likely aware, there is a current issue surrounding our inability to distribute shares to some of our investors. We understand and share your concern for fairness and transparency in this matter," the letter read in his online post.

At one point, the letter mentioned that Neri actually had a desire to "support the investor."

"While we respect your desire to support the investor in question, we kindly request that you reconsider your involvement in this matter. Taking sides in a complex financial dispute can escalate the situation and hinder our ability to reach an equitable resolution," they wrote.

Meanwhile, in Chito's post, he mentioned a certain 'Chanda' whose name was also listed in the letter that Neri had allegedly received lately.

"Wala siyang kinuhang pera sa ibang tao, lahat ng pera nila na kay Chanda, ang may ari ng Dermacare. Sobrang bait po ni Neri... as in sooobra," the famous OPM singer wrote online.
