In a post on Wednesday, Nov. 13, the mayor addressed everyone trying to submit an application to be his girlfriend.
“Sa mga ga-submit sang application para mangin girlfriend ko, ‘Closed for Renovation’ pa kita subong!” he said. (To those submitting their application to be my girlfriend, I’m “closed for renovation” for the time being!)
“Focus lang kita sa ubra kag kampanya anay. Mga Maritess, relax lang kamo ha, indi gid kamo mag-una!” he added. (Let's focus on work and that campaign. To the Maritess, just relax and don't get ahead [with the news]).

Sue Anna Garina Dodd, known professionally as Sue Ramirez, is a popular Filipina actress, model and singer. She rose to stardom as a cast member on the ABS-CBN remake of the TV drama "Mula Sa Puso." She is also known for her performance with Zanjoe Marudo in "The Broken Marriage Vow." She is the girlfriend of Victorias City's Mayor Javi Benitez.
In a recent post, Sue shared a photo of her carrying carrying a bag with a meaningful text. Said photo has stirred a buzz on social media. The photo was the last in a series of pictures in one single socmed post. The bag that she’s carrying apparently is trying to convey something about carrying a lot of baggage. It can be recalled that a video showing Sue and Dominic Roque went viral.
She also previously took to Instagram and shared new beach photos. The photos showed the actress lying on the beach, wearing a two-piece swimwear. She included a one-liner caption and her post garnered almost 150,000 likes as of writing. "If life isn't a bit chaotic, you're not living rock and roll," Sue said.
