The Parokya Ni Edgar frontman said that he did it all for his family.

He also said that his persona now is a complete reverse of what he was before.

“Magyayabang lang ako ng konti kasi proud talaga ako sa sarili ko, and hopefully maka-inspire din ako sa mga katulad kong nais maging healthy para sa pamilya't sarili nila, lalo na't alam ko na bad influence ko dati pagdating sa pag yosi at inom✌🏼😅,” Chito said.

He then proudly said that for him, he doesn’t look at all too bad for a 48-year-old person who used to abuse his body before.

“Anyway, 49 na ko in less than 3 months, and not including yung mukha ko (unahan ko na kayo 😅), I think I look pretty decent for a 48 year old na abusado sa katawan buong buhay nya,” the Parokya Ni Edgar frontman said.
“Wala talaga ako paki sa health ko dati....rakenrol eh. Total wreck talaga,” he added.

Chito then said that was in the past because today, he exercises regularly and eat healthy as well as sleep early whenever possible.

He also said he has cut down on his alcoholic drinks and have already quit smoking.

“Now I exercise regularly, I eat healthy, sleep early (whenever possible), sobrang minsan nalang ako uminom, at kung uminom man ako, sobrang konti nalang, at di na talaga ako nagyoyosi 😁👍🏼,” he said.

The PnE frontman then proudly declared that he was able to achieve his target levels when it comes to laboratory tests for sugar, cholesterol, and many more.

“Na-achieve ko lahat ng target levels ko sa labs (sugar, cholesterol, etc...pati blood pressure ko, ideal), and I feel healthier than ever,” he said.
“Pag tumatanda ka na, eto na yata talaga yung mga fini-flex mo 🤟🏼😂,” Chito concluded.

Chito Miranda is a famous music artist known as the frontman of the iconic OPM band Parokya Ni Edgar. On December 13, 2014, he married Neri Naig, an actress and entrepreneur in the Philippines. They have an adorable firstborn named Miggy. In October 2021, Neri gave birth to their second child, Manuel Alfonso Miranda, whose nickname is Cash.

Recently, Chito and his wife, Neri Naig-Miranda, shared a reflection about how old they are now, adding they’re already in their middle age. In a social media post, Chito shared the conversation he had with his wife. He also quickly narrated how old they were when they met and compared it with how old they are now. The Parokya Ni Edgar frontman then shared what he loved doing with Neri in the province.

In another previous post on Instagram, Chito also expressed his gladness and gratitude after he was able to come home to his family. It can be recalled that the Parokya ni Edgar frontman and his band were stranded for days in Sorsogon due to typhoon Kristine. The PnE frontman then narrated what he and his band went through for several days. He also thanked all the people who helped during the entire ordeal.
