Marian Rivera, in a recent post on her Instagram Stories, appeared amused by some posts made by other netizens who mentioned her character in the new movie “Balota,” when referring to the US elections.

The actress then made a screengrab of some of these posts and shared it on her IG Stories.

One can see the post of a netizen saying the last ballot is still with Teacher Emy.

“Yung huling balota po ng US Elections ay na kay Teacher Emy po,” the comment of a netizen read.

Teacher Emy is the character Marian portrayed in her new movie “Balota.”

Anoather netizen remarked that Teacher Emy ran away with the ballot.

“Itinatakbo pa ni Teacher Emmy ang balota,” says another netizen in the screengrab that Marian shared.

In the next post on her IG Stories, one can see a US election map, showing it rapidly turning red with some states with the color blue.

One can also see a humorous comment made by a netizen who apparently is looking for Marian and whether she has already returned the ballot box.

“Nasaan na ba si Marian? Nabalik na ba yung ballot box?” the netizen commented.

The actress also added her own humorous caption, saying those who are stressed out by the US elections appear to hold on to Teacher Emmy.
