Ion Perez and his co-host on It's Showtime, Jackie Gonzaga, have recently been embroiled in a gossip that the latter reacted to in a live video.

During her live stream, Jackie could be heard and seen asking her viewers what issue they meant.

"Isyu saan?" Jackie asked, looking all confused as ever as she waited for others to inform her about it. "Hala, sabi ng mga tao buntis daw ako."

Eventually, Jackie addressed the rumors that she and her 'Kuya' Ion are apparently together.

"Anong truth? Kung anu-ano pinagi-isyu niyo, kami raw ni Ion. Adik ba kayo? Tigilan niyo yang bisyo niyo ah. Tsaka yung mga trolls din naman, kung anu-ano, eh wala dun sila kikita eh. Grind nila yun," she said in the now-viral video online.

The It's Showtime host then said, "Kadiri yun mga taong naniniwala sa fake news" to her viewers.

When one of her viewers said they don't believe in the rumors, Jackie said, "Congrats sa mga di naniniwala, nakakapag-isip kayo ng maayos."

Ion Perez is a well-known actor and host in the Philippines. He broke through in showbiz after getting featured on the ABS-CBN noontime program, “It’s Showtime.” The star is now in a relationship with famous comedian Vice Ganda.

In the photos, the two could be seen holding hands as they sat on a swing together. On Instagram, Ion then penned a sweet and heartfelt birthday message for his partner.
