In a Facebook post, Pingris shared a photo of himself selling margarine at a market.

In the post, he expressed pride in his humble beginnings.

"Alam nyo ba mga kabsat na na-experience ko din magtinda ng margarine sa palengke nung 12 years old ako," he wrote.

"Dito ako nagsimula at proud ako sa lahat," he added.

He likewise encouraged his followers to remain determined and hopeful, no matter their circumstances.
