Rita Avila opened up about a painful experience of abuse she endured before her rise to fame in the entertainment industry.
Her revelation came shortly after she made another post discussing the issue of sexual abuse in showbiz, which has been a topic of much discussion and concern.
The story began before she was an actress, during a time when she encountered a director who attempted to exploit her.
She shared how this director tried to "sell" her to a producer and also made unwanted advances toward her, including forcing a kiss.

This traumatic experience left her feeling humiliated, scared, and deeply hurt.
She recalled how she even tried to seek help from her mother, only to discover that her mother had been receiving money from the director, which made the situation even more distressing.
