In the video, the content creator called Cat out and asked what her "ambag" to the society was.
Cat then responded by saying instead of asking what a person's "ambag" is, everyone should do their part to contribute.
"While many scrutinize my actions and expectations, few pause to reflect on their own impact. Let this be a wake-up call to all content creators sharing their “thoughts & opinions” amidst these crises too. Instead of asking “Anong ambag mo?”… Why don’t we all do our part to contribute something more than a post or comment noh?" she said.

News, photos, or videos that arouse the interest of netizens often go viral on social media. These viral posts appeal to the emotions of netizens, and in rare cases, such could also happen to ordinary people.
As previously reported by KAMI, Cat Arambulo, a Filipina socialite, has apologized to the public recently. On Instagram, Cat uploaded her statement where she apologized for her 'insensitivity' . Previously, in a since-deleted video, Cat could be heard asking if her children can wakeboard in the flood. This, in return, prompted several netizens to criticize the socialite for her 'tone-deaf' video.
Meanwhile, back in 2020, Cat Arambulo streamed her invectives against arrested-commuters live on social media. She cursed at them and told them to stay at home, emphasizing that they're the reason why there is military presence on the ground. The social media influencer apologized, saying she was referring to people who are "pasaway and not following." Celebs gave their reactions and didn't buy her apology.
