Mayor Francis Zamora of San Juan City has cleared his daughter's name after the latter has been linked to Kapamilya superstar, Daniel Padilla.

In the report done by ABS-CBN, Zamora said his daughter, Amanda, and Daniel are not linked in any way, clearing his daughter from the rumors.

"Yes, ang aking anak nga po ay nali-link kay Daniel Padilla. So bilang isang ama, gusto ko pong sabihin sa inyong lahat na hindi po totoo yan. Si Amanda, my daughter, and Daniel are not linked in anyway," he said.

Zamora also emphasized that his daughter is not the one in the viral photos and videos circulating online, "Definitely, hindi ko po anak yun."

The San Juan City mayor also reiterated, "To set the record straight, hindi po si Amanda at saka si Daniel Padilla, wala pong katotohanan yan."

Previously, in a report done by Inquirer, Amanda dismissed the rumors linking her to Daniel.

She also asked netizens on social media to be more kinder with their words to one another, in a report done by Manila Bulletin recently.
