Petite was confined to a hospital for almost a week. He took to his latest vlog to share the unfortunate news.

In the 22-minute vlog published on his YouTube channel, PETITE TV, the comedian opened up that he has been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). He further tackled how the sleep-related breathing disorder affected his body.

“Kaya pala laging masakit ang ulo ko, laging parang ang bigat-bigat ng pakiramdam ko, parang tatrangkasuhin ako dahil doon. Kasi 'pag natutulog pala ako, 'pag sobrang hilik, bumababa 'yung oxygen. Tapos minsan, 'yung paghinga, nag-i-stop. Sobrang hilik, nag-i-stop ng ilang seconds ang breathing, so sobrang delikado 'yon.”

Petite shared he would need a bilevel positive airway pressure (BiPAP) machine to help him breathe. He would also restart his weight loss journey.

Likewise, Petite expressed gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and everyone who sent get-well wishes to him.

Furthermore, the comedian urged the viewers to care for their health and avail of health cards as well.

Petite is a Filipino comedian, singer and television host. Petite has appeared in numerous shows including "It's Your Lucky Day." Prior to his TV stints, Petite has been known for performing in local comedy bars.

Aside from Petite, other celebrities got hospitalized recently. Julia Barretto revealed on her Instagram account that she was hospitalized for a couple of days. She shared a photo of her with a nasal cannula for oxygen as well as an intravenous line attached during her stay at the hospital.
