Donnalyn Bartolome recently took to social media to reveal how her past projects have significantly helped victims of Typhoon Carina.

In a heartfelt post, she explained how the boats she donated in previous years were immediately put to use when the floods hit due to the typhoon.

Likewise, Donnalyn emphasized the importance of prevention measures and shared how her team had demonstrated flood prevention methods in a video she posted on YouTube three years ago.

Despite being one of her lowest-viewed videos, she stressed that "PREVENTION IS THE CURE" and called for more awareness.

"Babies sorry di ako nakakapagupdate ng ilang araw, madaming need gawin. Gusto ko lang kayo update na iniwan namin noon yung boats kung saan usually binabaha lagi at agad agad silang nagamit the same day the flood hit us because of bagyong Carina. Yung income sa pagnood niyo sa lahat ng videos simula noon til now dito sa projects na ganito napupunta kaya salamat sainyo. Kailangan niyo malaman na bawat click niyo sa videos ko at pagsupport niyo sa kahit ano mang ginagawa ng team namin ay napupunta sa mga ganito so need niyo rin mapasalamatan," she wrote.

"After the flood we’ve also demonstrated prevention na pwedeng gawin sa bansa natin. Pero yun po yung isa sa pinakamababang views na video ko sa channel ko way way back pa 3 years ago.. sana mas maraming mainform na maraming paraan pa and PREVENTION IS THE CURE. Hindi ko po iniinvolve masyado sarili ko sa politics pero I’m willing to work with government officials na willing to help us keep this project going dahil hindi po basta basta ako pwede gumalaw ng walang pahintulot. Planting need permits and all. Salamat din sa DENR kasi isa sila sa gusto ito ituloy tong project with me years ago pa after tree planting project video was released, they contacted us agad agad. Kailangan natin ng volunteers and willing na leaders who can micro manage kasi hirap na hirap narin ako sa dami ko pong inaasikaso sa trabaho for sustainability ng lahat. Salamat po sa lahat ng gusto pang tumulong," she added.

"@influence_us.ph na po maghandle sa volunteers natin in the future, charity po itong nabuo dahil may mga friends at supporters ako na walang charity na mapagkatiwalaan sa donations nila noon dahil gusto nilang magdagdag sa mga nadonate na natin initially. Anything more than I can give is still more so just message them if may need po kayong idonate or abutan. And looking parin sila sa volunteers yung may malasakit sa mga tao and for our country.
