Andrea Brillantes acquired a whopping amount of shares in a Filipino-owned luxury jewelry brand.

In a report by The Philippine Star, the Kapamilya star was granted P2.5 million worth of shares in the growing jewelry company, LVNA by Drake Dustin.

During her contract signing with the brand, the 21-year-old actress opened up that she’s always been into jewelry.

“In the past, I couldn’t afford it and had many other priorities. Now that I’m a bit more financially stable, I can invest in jewelry for myself. My grandmother, who raised me and loved jewelry, always told me to buy jewelry for myself when I have the money,” she shared.

“Growing up in the industry, I’ve been around many veterans who also say that jewelry is a good investment. I’ve learned a lot from them. Since I was 10 years old, working on ‘Annaliza,’ I’ve been aware of the value of jewelry — it’s not just a statement piece, but also a real investment.”

Aside from investing the company, Andrea was also appointed as an ambassador for the brand, ABS-CBN News reported.

“We have been eyeing Blythe for a long time. She is the embodiment of the new generation. Right now, we want Andrea to be an example to them about investing, being practical with life. Andrea will complete ‘Brillantes’ she is the missing piece in the line up,” Drake, the fine jewelry brand’s CEO and founder, explained.

Andrea Brillantes is a Filipina actress who started out her career as a child star and rose to fame. In past interviews, she said she started out when she was just seven years old. Her popularity was further propelled when she played the role of 'Marga' in the hit teleserye “Kadenang Ginto.” She was a member of The Gold Squad, along with her “Kadenang Ginto” co-stars Francine Diaz, Kyle Echarri, and Seth Fedelin.

Andrea Brillantes was among the attendees of Kim Soo Hyun's fan meeting in Manila. A photo of her at the event then made the rounds on social media. As seen in the photo shared by Kapamilya Online World, Andrea donned a lovely wedding gown. On Instagram Stories, Andrea also posted photos captured before the event, which she described as a "big day."

Andrea Brillantes attended "Vogue Talks" and asked a question. She was asking about how to bridge the gap between luxury brands and local brands. Andrea was seeking for a strategy that could help local brands be at par with international brands. Imran Amed, one of the speakers on stage, answered and said, "make the best products."
