Alice Leal Guo is the Mayor of the Municipality of Bamban, Tarlac. She won as mayor during the national elections in 2022. Her name has been the subject of many online memes since then.
In a related article published last year, social media influencer Madam Kilay previously aired her sentiments about some vloggers who promote betting online. According to her, these people should stop doing so as they already earn from posting content. It didn't take long for her post to go viral on the said social media platform. She even created a new video, highlighting her thoughts about the matter.
