She then revealed that the challenges she faced last year were different as compared to when she was still young.
The premier actress did not give any indication, nor elaborate, as to what those challenges were.
“My challenges last year were different from when I was younger. But, I’m learning to accept that challenges evolve, and I can’t control if they get tougher,” she said.
Kath also said she's come to realize that the challenges she faces were not that big after all.
She then said that despite all those challenges, she still considers herself blessed and lucky, thus ending her day with gratitude in her heart.
“Sometimes, before sleeping, I realize, ‘Who am I to complain, eh ito lang pinagdadaanan ko? The world doesn’t revolve around me.’ This reminds me how blessed and lucky I am. It helps me end my day with gratitude,” Kath concluded.
In a recent report filed by the Inquirer after the actress was hailed as the Box Office Queen, Kath also expressed how grateful she was at such blessings.
“I’m very grateful. I’m so grateful. Ang Guillermo Mendoza Foundation naman and ganitong klaseng events, isa sila sa most prestigious awards,” the actress said in a short interview with the media.
In another report by the Philippine Star last month, Kath assured everyone that she's moved on from a difficult stage in her life.
"Now, where I am is exactly where I’m supposed to be. February for me is the new January. Parang ’yon ’yong tapos na. I know that I’m okay. I can say I’m healed,” Kathryn declared.
